Playschool

Registration Wednesday, February 22 from 6-8 pm for the 2012/2013 school year

We provide a rich learning environment for 3- and 4-year olds, right in the McLeod Hall. Our friendly environment encourages growth through playful learning, and provides a place for children to discover, explore, experiment and have a great time, all the while feeling loved, safe and accepted. Our class is small, and we have two wonderful teachers for our classes! Come play with us!

Our playschool classes run from the third week of September until the end of May.

• Our 3-year old program runs Mondays from 8:45am-11am.
• Our 4-year old program have 2 classes that run on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 8:45am to 11am and Wednesdays/Fridays from 8:45am to 11am. The monthly fees are $40 for our 3-year old program, and $90 for our 4-year old program.

Both programs require the following from parents:

• mandatory help in the classroom on a rotational basis
• provision of snack when required
• assist teacher when extra help is needed eg. party days, field trips
• participate in one toy-cleaning night through the year in which we will take a $50.00 deposit for in the fall
• participate in fund-raising
• Pay a one-time materials fee of $75.00
• work one bingo or sell Grey Cup pool tickets which we will take a $100.00 deposit for in the fall

As with all of our programs, families must purchase a league membership ($25 per year) to register children in the playschool.
