Chair Yoga
Chair yoga  is accessible to everybody. No more uncomfortable sitting on the floor or inability to move due to range of motion or injury. We will still go through a yoga flow, but we have the support of the chair in sitting, standing and balancing poses. This practice will dramatically change your confidence in your practice. 

November 8-December 6, 5:30-6:45 pm

Prenatal Yoga
Join Nicole for prenatal yoga - classes that are designed for expectant moms. The class ensures safe and effective yoga postures to soothe physical and emotional changes in the body and mind. We will focus on keeping the body strong and mobile to aid in delivery. Breathing and meditation techniques will be weaved into the practice.

Wednesdays, October 4-November 1

Session 2:
Wednesdays, November 8-December 6

Tuesdays, starting September 12, running for 14 weeks, or 7 class sessions
5:15-6:15pm - Body Sculpt (fitness with light weights) $130
6:30-8:00pm - Yin & Yang Yoga (balance of strength & relaxation) $160    
8:15-9:15pm - Yoga for Beginners $130
$15 drop-in if space available
All registrants for any yoga class must show a current McLeod Community League membership (or current membership from another community league) to attend. If you are from the McLeod area, you must buy a McLeod membership - buy online here: ​ . Memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE.
